Summer in full bloom

Summer days.....

Vera thinks cherry tomatoes are candy.  This girl can't get enough!  Garden is going strong.  The squirrels harvested all of our baby zucchini for us-they must of been tasty.  This weekend I  pulled up the plants.  Pretty sure the squirrels won't starve.

Walking is what I do best!

Charlie's old truck...
Charlie's new truck...(we needed room for 2 carseats)

The big early summer project was repainting the entire exterior of our house...we like the result!

Moxy, come play with me!

The long hair is gone!  One Sunday morning she got her first haircut in our kitchen by me!

The new cut!

We went to Alexandria, VA for Sister Spa with my mom's side.  We had a great time!
Leaving Georgetown on our boat back to Alexandria
 Arriving Alexandria!
Some of the crew that went on the tour of Lincoln's home.

Aunt Nancy has a horse named CJ that we took the girls out to ride and see near Mount Vernon.  Stella talked about it for days but Vera was the only one who got on CJ.

This was the last shot before Vera took a nose dive into the fountain!

Fourth of July parade in Hilton!

Fourth of July dip at the beach after the parade!

Singing karoke with Ms.Dianne at the 4th party!
We took the girls to WaterCountry(water amusement park) in Williamsburg for the first time.  I think season passes are in order for next summer.
