I know Charlie may never share these things with you, but there is reason to shine the spotlight on him!
He received the Annual Flight Commander of the year for the Dragons!
He is currently ranked top in his Flight and 3rd out of all 68 instructors!
He has been accepted in to the Naval Postgraduate Academy in Monterey, CA (although we don't know if the Air Force has approved it yet)!

6 months and Aunt K and Unlce J visit!
Sorry for my delay in getting this updated...this is for you Caela and Brady my faithful blog lookers! First, when Kels was here we took a bunch of pics of Stella (surprise surprise). The first pics are all her 6 month pics. There were about 200, so I did a quick scan to grab these out but they have not been edited...that is still in the works. Maybe a spring break project!
Next, there are pictures of Uncle Jarad's visit. He was here with us from last Friday to Tuesday. He successfully completed his first babysitting session and it was a success. Stella even had a poopy diaper for him! They spent the morning together while I went to class.
Last, was Aunt Kelsey's visit. She was here for 5 days, and a huge help. Stella was just finally starting to get better after having pneumonia and I needed a break. Aunt Kelsey was the perfect solution. Thank you Jarad and Kels! We miss you both!

Jarad feeding Stella and me getting her cleaned up.

Watching the KU basketball game.
Having lunch at Dreamland BBQ in Montgomery.
Stella is fascinated by the cords on the blinds...she loves to help me open and close the shades each day.
Teaching Aunt Kelsey how to read :)
Since Stella was still under the weather a bit, we decided to let her play in the bathtub aka "kiddie pool". Aunt Kels put on her suit and went "swimming" with Stella.
So while my sister was in China she got this device. After a baby is born they put this inner tube around the baby's neck and let them float in tubs of water. It is considered an "extra" and people pay more money to have their baby float in the water like this. I was skeptical at first, but Stella liked it. She was completely relaxed with this on and seemed to enjoy it.
Then we had to practice our tubing skills!

Getting some gifts from Aunt Kelsey!
