Some other note worthy news from Monday night-Stella peed in the potty for the first time at home!  As Stella tells herself "Yay Stella".

A week of Milestones.

This week was much better!  Things seemed to be easier and the girls have adapted well to our new routine.  Vera has become a very animated little girl-I will work on capturing some pictures this week.

On Monday, Stella greeted me at the door and said "I pooped".  She was so proud!  She pooped in the potty at school for the first time.  It was bittersweet, I loved her excitement about it but it also meant she is growing up!  She has been successfully using the potty at school...now at home it is an entire different story!

On Wednesday, Vera turned 8 weeks!

On Thursday, Stella counted to 20 by herself!  

On Friday, Dianne told me Vera is rolling over from her tummy to back.  This didn't really surprise me as I had seen her do it once before but now she is doing it regularly.  We have a little roly-poly.

Charlie has started working on Stella's first bed.  For some reason I am really excited about this but know it will be a while before Stella makes that transition.

We have called Vera a Chick because her fluffy head of hair...which has lead to Stella calling her "Vera Chicky".  

We have been in survival mode this week.  It was my first week back to work and unfortunately I will be working full-time for several weeks/months until they get another nurse hired and trained.  The week actually went well-but very exhausting.  Vera goes with Stella to Dianne's house and she did well.  I had done all the meal prep for the week ahead so when Charlie got home with the girls he could start on dinner.  That is the plan for this week too!
