This past weekend we went to Callaway Gardens in GA. We biked, enjoyed the festivities(including a frisbee dog demonstration), and had some beach time. Callaway Gardens was beautiful-lot's to do. Charlie pulled Stella in her trailer. Right off the bat she jumped her first curve and then shortly after an oncoming bicyclist wasn't paying attention to where he was going and looked back at Stella and hit the fence. I couldn't stop laughing( I was riding behind Charlie and Stella). Poor man!
We also went to the McWance Science Center in Birmingham. Stella had a great time looking and feeling the fish. She also loved the huge water table and all the play areas just for her size. Wish it was closer! Hopefully, there will be something similar in VA.
I started clinicals this week on a med surgery/oncology floor. I will be there for the next six weeks on Tues and Wed from 3-11p. I still have class on Monday's too! Charlie and Stella are getting to spend some quality time together!
We have started looking at houses in VA, but so far nothing we love. Planning on going out there in November to buy our next home.
